Single functional SAP Cloud ALM tenant by SAP

Every eligible customer is given a single functional SAP Cloud ALM tenant by SAP. SAP provides all of the tenant’s infrastructure at no additional cost to the clients. This so-called “fair usage” model includes a pre-existing infrastructure that is adequate for the most majority of users (around 99%).

It includes things like data transfers, hosting in a datacenter, and a finite amount of SAP HANA memory. Only a few clients would require resources beyond the allotted time limit ( which is defined in the SAP Cloud ALM usage rights and in SAP Cloud terms and conditions). For those select few clients, SAP Cloud ALM extension services offer the option to expand some resources. For instance, the fair use at this time comprises 8GB of SAP HANA RAM. The SAP Discovery Center offers a service extension for it.
